San Francisco 49ers SBL FAQs

Everything you need to know about buying 49ers licenses on PSL Scout.

A Stadium Builder's License (SBL) gives you the guaranteed right to your specific seat at Levi's Stadium, season after season. It means guaranteed entry and tickets to every 49ers home game, so you never miss the moments that matter most, plus access to exclusive events held at the stadium. The seat is yours to keep, renew, and even sell down the line.

A 49ers SBL comes with a solid mix of gameday and year-round perks. You get free access to a members-only concession menu on gamedays, an annual team-themed member gift, and a shot at a sweepstakes road trip package that includes premium tickets, chartered flights, and a hotel stay. Members also get behind-the-scenes access to Training Camp, first priority on playoff seats at Levi's Stadium, and a chance to take part in on-field pregame ceremonies. There are ongoing discounts on concessions, merchandise, and online team store purchases, plus free museum access on gamedays with advance passes. On top of that, you're eligible for the annual seat relocation program to move into better available seats, and you get presale access to other Levi's Stadium events.

It depends on the location. Prices start at around $1,000 per seat and climb based on the section and proximity to the field. Every price is set by the seller and can be negotiated directly through our chat. PSL Scout also gives you historic pricing, side-by-side comparison charts, and price-drop alerts, so you can spot a great deal and buy with confidence.
